Brolga-003 Mobile Cold Spray System

The Brolga-003 Mobile Cold Spray System is a smaller version in the Brolga line. Even though its physical size is smaller it still has a full-functioning on-board VRC®Raptor™ cold spray system that is capable of operating with compressed air, Nitrogen or Helium. The Brolga-003 has a Fanuc 6-axis LR Mate robot with a robot controller and pendant.  The robot has a load capacity of 15 pounds (7kg) so automated sprays can be completed when necessary. It also comes with the hand-held applicator when the job requires human interface. The deployable VRC®Raptor™ heater and powder feeder allows for sprays to be completed at the point-of-need. They can easily be stowed back on the trailer for transportation to the next site.
