Automated Additive and Subtractive Systems

VRC Metal Systems provides custom automation solutions for cold spray and hybrid or additive/subtractive manufacturing. The additive and subtractive operation combines many processes, allowing automated subtractive operation to remove the outer layers of material from a part by using a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine.  New material is then added back onto the machined part using a VRC High Pressure Cold Spray System. Once the cold spray additive process is complete, the part is then machined to specifications by the CNC equipment.
