FIREFLY™ Lightweight and Highly Portable Medium-Pressure High Temperature Cold Spray System
The system operates at 500 PSI with nitrogen and can reach 700°C with nitrogen for extended sprays. It maintains a maximum surface temperature below 40°C until the nozzle attachment flange. It has demonstrated consistent feeding of 1-5 micron nickel and copper powders, as well as stable powder feed gas flow to 25 LPM. Designed for efficiency, the system runs on a single-phase 220V, 30-amp circuit and achieves 90% heater efficiency based on flow, kilowatt usage, and resulting applicator temperature.
