Introductory Contact

Start with a simple call or email. We’ll listen to your goals, challenges, and desired outcomes to understand how cold spray technology can support your mission.

Statement of Work (SOW) or Customer Requirements

We work with you to define your specific needs — whether that’s system acquisition, process development, or custom research support.

Discovery Call with Subject Matter Experts

You’ll meet directly with our cold spray subject matter experts (SMEs) to review technical details, discuss potential applications, and identify the best solution for your program.

Mutual NDA (If Required)

When projects involve proprietary information, we establish a mutual nondisclosure agreement to protect your ideas, data, research, and intellectual property across the board.

Export Control Compliance (ECC) Check

Our team initiates the required ECC review to ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations.

Budgeting, Quoting, & Review

Depending on project scope, we provide either a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimate or a detailed formal quote tailored to your requirements. Then, our subject matter experts (SMEs) will walk through the proposal with you to ensure alignment on scope, budget, and deliverables.

Purchase Order & Confirmation

Once approved, your team submits a Purchase Order (PO) to initiate production. VRC provides a formal sales order acknowledgment that includes a confirmed due date based on lead time. This ensures transparency and confidence in your project schedule.
